The Freeland YMCA’s Lil’ Dribblers Program is here to help your little one take their first shot—literally! Perfect for kids ages 5–7, this one-hour twice weekly session blends basketball basics with confidence-building play in a warm, encouraging environment. Whether they’re brand new to the game or just love to move, Lil’ Dribblers is all about fun, friendship, and that first swish of success. Scholarships and financial assistance available for all YMCA programs.

The Freeland YMCA 2nd Annual Brian “Hap” Ayers Summer Basketball League is back ! Summer hoops are back — and we’re ready for another season of energy, teamwork, and community pride in honor of Brian “Hap” Ayers. This league is built for young athletes who love the game and want to grow their skills in a fun, competitive environment. Season Dates July 13th – August 26th Mondays & Wednesdays Who Can Play: Students entering 3rd through 8th grade League Cost: $90 per player $60 for each additional family member Location: Games will be played at the Freeland Public Park (weather permitting) will be indoor, at the Y, when necessary. Are you ready to travel the world without ever leaving the Freeland Y? Hop onboard with our Passport Pioneers.

Freeland YMCA Passport Pioneers is taking off! For 6 exciting weeks, our young explorers will “travel” to a new country each session-tasting authentic foods, listening to cultural music and diving into activities inspired by each destination. And of course, every adventure earns a new stamp in their Passport Pioneers booklet. Give your child the chance to discover the world, one stamp at a time. Join the adventure today! Class runs every Tuesday from June16th to July 7th from 5:30pm-6:30pm Cost: $40 per traveler Ages: 5-7 Limited to 10 travelers

FAY Summer Swim registration is now open!

The Freeland YMCA Summer Swim Team is open to swimmers from ages 5-21, or those new to competitive swimming. Swimmers do not need prior experience but must be able to complete one length of the pool confidently, jump in, and put face in water. Do not register for team until completing tryouts. Free tryout is June 10th from 8am-9am & June 11th from 9am-10am at the CVCO Pool Practices will be held at the following times: Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30am-9:00am and Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-10:00am Meets dates are 6/24, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22 with championships on 8/2 in Bloomsburg Register online at: https://wvymca.org/programs/12017/competitive-swimming/#division_12891985
